Three Armenian Citizens Drowned in Russia’s Don River

Three citizens of the Republic of Armenia have drowned in the Don River, one of Russia’s main rivers, which flows through Rostov, reports RBC.ru, quoting Russia’s Department of Emergency Situations press service.

Rostov Rescue Services shared the news that 3 people had died on the river’s right bank yesterday evening around 8:55 pm local time.

Rescuers reached the scene at 11:40 pm. Those confirmed dead had been brothers. One of the brothers had fallen in a 5-meter drop in the river and the others had attempted to save him, only to result in the same fate.
