60 Dead in Azerbaijan’s Armed Forces in 8-Month Period

According to Russian-based journalists’ club called Doctrine, which conducts military research, about 60 conscripts were killed in Azerbaijan’s Armed Forces during the period January–August 2010. In the last 7 years, this is the highest figure so far.

Twelve Azerbaijani soldiers were killed at the hands of Armenian bullets, while there were other reasons for the remaining 48 deaths. More than 50 soldiers, during that period, received different types of injuries, reports MilAz.

As previously reported by the press, about two days ago, 19-year-old Aladin Alif Agaoglu Jalilov was wounded by a shot from his own gun. He is currently in hospital.
