Advice to Azerbaijan from Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister

If Azerbaijan truly wants the Nagorno-Karabakh (NKR) conflict to be resolved, then it must acknowledge its responsibility for the consequences of the aggression it unleashed towards the self-determined Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh, as well as express its willingness to return the occupied NKR territories and begin negotiations directly with the NKR as a full-fledged member of the negotiating process, said RA Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Shavarsh Kocharyan in an interview with PanArmenian.net.

According to Kocharyan, Baku must “cease making threats by arms, which doesn’t frighten anyone, and refrain from making statements that, allegedly ‘the Armenian state is formed on Azerbaijani lands’.”
