Armenia to Return Azerbaijan’s Citizen Tomorrow

With the aim of fulfilling the requirements of the agreement reached on Oct. 27, 2010, at the meeting of the presidents of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia in Astrakhan, on Nov. 4 at 12 pm, on the northeastern segment of the Armenia-Azerbaijan line of contact, in the section of the Idjevan-Ghazakh road, citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan who illegally crossed the Republic of Armenia border and is currently in Armenia will be handed over to Azerbaijan.

Based on the norms of international humanitarian law, the name and surname of the citizen of Azerbaijan will not be publicized until he is returned to his home country, reports the RA Ministry of Defense.
