Karabakh Recognition Bill Voted Down in Armenian Parliament

A bill on recognizing the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh submitted by the Heritage Party was voted down in parliament today. 

The majority of the members of Armenia’s parliament voted against the bill, while the 13 representatives of the Heritage Party and the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (Dashnkatsutyun) voted in favor. Coalition parties abstained from voting.
