Over 4,000 Azeri Civilians Reported Missing Because of Karabakh Conflict

As of Jul. 1, 4,034 Azeri civilians have been reported missing as a result of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

According to an official quarterly report by Azerbaijan’s State Committee on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons, 1,400 civilians and military personnel have been released from captivity.

“It also became known that 13 people previously reported missing are in the area controlled by Armenia,” reads the statement.
