Armenia Government Approves Amendments to 2012 State Budget

The Government of Armenia in its meeting today approved its amendments to the 2012 state budget presented to the National Assembly on Sept. 30, 2011, and the summary sheet of recommendations and conclusions presented to the Armenian government by parliamentary standing committees, parliamentary groups and factions, and individual MPs (as a result of discussions of the 2012 draft budget in the parliamentary standing committees and the plenary session).

The RA Minister of Finance was assigned to revise the 2012 draft state budget and to present the revised version along with the summary sheets to the Government of Armenia staff, who will then present these to the National Assembly (at least 24 hours before resuming discussion of the bill in parliament), reads a statement on the Government of Armenia official website.
