Coalition Not Decided by Votes, Says Orinats Yerkir MP

The creation of the coalition is not decided by votes, said Heghine Bisharyan, head of the Orinats Yerkir (Rule of Law, OEK) parliamentary faction, speaking to reporters in the parliament building today and responding to the question whether Prosperous Armenia’s boycott of the Feb. 6 assembly meeting might hinder the establishment of a new ruling coalition.

Recall, none of the Prosperous Armenia (BHK) deputies in parliament voted for a bill banning cash transactions among businesses, which the Armenian government will improve tax administration and make tax evasion more difficult.

“It’s BHK’s problem what decision it makes at what time,” the Orinats Yerkir MP added.
