Yovanovitch and Speaker of the Armenian National Assembly Hovik Abrahamyan delivered remarks at the celebration, which took place at the US Embassy.\u00a0 Inga and Anush Arshakyan opened the event by singing the US National Anthem, and the Armenian State Jazz Band played American jazz music.<\/p>\n<p>During the event, the US Embassy in Armenia also marked the departure of Ambassador Yovanovitch, who will return to Washington DC to work as the Deputy Assistant Secretary for North and Central Europe at the Department of State.
