Note, Yakutsk is the capital of the Sakha Republic of Russia, located 450 km south of the Arctic Circle.<\/p>\n<p>According to the prosecutor&#8217;s office, in Jan. 2011, the accused raped a 19-year-old girl in a Moskvitch make of car then late at night threw the girl out of the car in a deserted area.
