Mher Shahgledyan and Khachik Harutyunyan from the Rule of Law party (Orinats Yerkir, or OEK) are included in the working group of ruling coalition parties established to dialogue with the Armenian National Congress (HAK), said head of the OEK parliamentary faction Heghine Bisharyan, speaking to journalists in Yerevan today.<\/p>\n
“Though it’s summer and it’s quite hot, but it seems the tension isn’t ending. Perhaps there’s tension in the political arena, but I have to say, I’m not expecting anything politically serious or tense in the coming period, apart from the fact that there will be dialogue,” she said.<\/p>\n
“OEK is in favor of dialogue and knows the value of dialogue,” she added.<\/p>\n
Note as well, according to unconfirmed reports, David Harutyunyan and Gagik Minasyan from the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) and Naira Zohrabyan and Vardan Postanjyan from the Prosperous Armenia (BHK) are said to be included in the coalition’s working group.<\/p>\n
The news about who from the Prosperous Armenia party would be included was shared by BHK MP and chair of the parliamentary Standing Committee on European Integration Naira Zohrabyan, speaking to A1+ earlier.<\/p>\n
“Upon instructions by [party leader] Gagik Tsarukyan, we are included in the working group,” she said.<\/p>\n
Recall, on Jul. 9, RA President Serzh Sargsyan’s press spokesperson Armen Arzumanyan had told local news site News.am that the ruling coalition parties had established a working group to dialogue with the opposition that includes two representatives from each party (HHK, OEK and BHK).<\/p>\n
“In the coming days, the list of group members will be made public and it will be possible to organize the first working discussion in the coming 10 days,\u201d Arzumanyan had said.<\/p>\n
