In turn, they sent back five Red Cross letters to their families.<\/p>\n<p>Recall, on Jul. 5, ICRC reps visited Azerbaijan POW Roman Huseinov in Armenia.<\/p>\n<p>During the visit, the Red Cross monitored Huseinov&#8217;s health and the conditions under which the POWs are being kept.
