Calm. A Landscape with a Carriage and a Boat\u201d (detail, pictured) estimated to be worth about 18 million RUB (about $640,000 USD). He failed to get the painting back after the restoration.<\/p>\n<p>So far the man has not produced any documents confirming the painting\u2019s authenticity.<\/p>\n<p>The woman was detained on fraud charges.
