Corporation and Akhtala Ore Processing Plant CJSC Serop Der-Boghossian, who was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.epress.am\/en\/2011\/02\/10\/armenian-american-businessman-arrested-in-child-sex-scandal.html\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080;\">arrested in February<\/span><\/strong><\/a> on sex abuse charges, resumed in the Lori District Court of First Instance presided over by Judge Mushegh Harutyunyan on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Local daily Hraparak reports that only 2 of the 12 victims showed up in court yesterday. The two men were in army fatigues as they are currently serving in Armenia&#8217;s Armed Forces.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of the session, state prosecutor Hovsep Sargsyan informed reporters that some of the video footage was examined and one of the victims testified. According to him, the victim-witness told the court what happened between him and Serop Der-Boghossian.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;In the video, there were victims, as well as the culprit Serop Der-Boghossian. They were present in court,&#8221; said Hovseop Sargsyan, reports Hraparak.
