{"id":119730,"date":"2011-08-16T18:32:01","date_gmt":"2011-08-16T13:32:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.epress.am\/?p=119730"},"modified":"2011-08-16T18:32:01","modified_gmt":"2011-08-16T13:32:01","slug":"silent-dialogue-opposition-and-government-delegations-agree-not-to-speak-to-the-press","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/epress.am\/en\/2011\/08\/16\/silent-dialogue-opposition-and-government-delegations-agree-not-to-speak-to-the-press.html","title":{"rendered":"Silent Dialogue: Opposition and Government Delegations Agree Not to Speak to the Press"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The 5th phase of the dialogue between delegations of the ruling coalition and the opposition Armenian National Congress (HAK), which lasted 2 hours, took place on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>After the meeting, the parties issued a joint statement, which was presented to reporters by senior HAK representative Levon Zurabyan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We discussed the Aug. 9 incident that took place between Armenian National Congress activists and police officers. We reached an agreement to continue the discussion on Friday. This is a preliminary agreement; we have also agreed to refrain from commenting on the details of the discussion of the incident.
