{"id":124040,"date":"2011-09-05T15:36:09","date_gmt":"2011-09-05T10:36:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.epress.am\/?p=124040"},"modified":"2011-09-05T15:36:09","modified_gmt":"2011-09-05T10:36:09","slug":"noyemberyan-mayors-son-named-as-suspect-in-rape-case","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/epress.am\/en\/2011\/09\/05\/noyemberyan-mayors-son-named-as-suspect-in-rape-case.html","title":{"rendered":"Noyemberyan Mayor&#8217;s Son Named as Suspect in Rape Case"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A 17-year-old girl identified as &#8220;L.N.&#8221; was raped in the Armenian town of Noyemberyan on Sept. 2, reports local news site <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/hetq.am\/eng\/news\/4072\/\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Hetq Online<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>According to Hetq, L.N. was raped by three 17-year-old men, one of whom is the son of Noyemberyan mayor Vanush Amiraghyan, while another is the son of a police official.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As told to Hetq by a police media spokesperson, a criminal case has been launched under RA Criminal Code Article 138 (&#8220;Rape&#8221;).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>No arrests have yet been made.
