{"id":129234,"date":"2011-09-23T13:22:36","date_gmt":"2011-09-23T08:22:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.epress.am\/?p=129234"},"modified":"2011-09-23T13:22:36","modified_gmt":"2011-09-23T08:22:36","slug":"armenian-foreign-ministry-building-to-be-sold-to-hotel-chain","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/epress.am\/en\/2011\/09\/23\/armenian-foreign-ministry-building-to-be-sold-to-hotel-chain.html","title":{"rendered":"Armenian Foreign MInistry Building to be Sold to Hotel Chain?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Armenian authorities intend to sell the buildings that house the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the RA Ministry of Economy, as well as the Noyan Tapan (&#8220;Noah&#8217;s Ark&#8221;) stationary supply and book store, according to local daily Joghovurd (&#8220;People&#8221; or &#8220;Nation&#8221;).<\/p>\n<p>Citing well-informed sources, Joghovurd reports that the buildings in Yerevan&#8217;s Republic Square will be sold to the Kempinski luxury hotel group.
