Furthermore, insurance claims of about 1 billion drams are currently being settled, said Armenian Motor Insurers&#8217; Bureau Executive Director Vahan Avetisyan during the parliamentary hearings at the National Assembly today.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, they had expected around 20,477 insurance claims annually \u2014 or around 1,706 monthly or 56 daily.<\/p>\n<p>However, the number of claims they&#8217;ve received and the number of individuals they have compensated has surpassed their expectations.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;That is, we can say that there are around 55 road traffic accidents occur daily in Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh. These figures exceeded the amount forecast by the Bureau by 9%.
