Azerbaijan&#8217;s grief is our grief. Azerbaijan&#8217;s joy is our joy,&#8221; said the minister.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eahin noted that the development of science and technology in the 21st century has created opportunities for women. The greatest achievement of women in Turkic-speaking countries was the opportunity to get an education, she said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;If we want to build a strong society, we must not neglect education,&#8221; she said.<\/p>\n<p>The conference, organized by the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic-speaking countries (TurkPA), was held in Azerbaijan&#8217;s parliament.
