{"id":134927,"date":"2011-10-13T11:40:41","date_gmt":"2011-10-13T06:40:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.epress.am\/?p=134927"},"modified":"2011-10-13T11:42:15","modified_gmt":"2011-10-13T06:42:15","slug":"another-soldier-dies-in-karabakh-official-cause-of-death-again-suicide","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/epress.am\/en\/2011\/10\/13\/another-soldier-dies-in-karabakh-official-cause-of-death-again-suicide.html","title":{"rendered":"Another Soldier Dies in Karabakh: Official Cause of Death Again Suicide"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Armenian defense ministry reports that at around 12:40 pm on Oct. 12, in one of the military units in Nagorno-Karabakh in the north, Armenian conscript Yurik Nersisyan, 19, while on duty on the front line, shot and killed himself with his own gun.<\/p>\n<p>The ministry reports that the details regarding the incident are currently being confirmed and an investigation is underway.<\/p>\n<p>Recall, on Oct. 9, another draftee, Vladimir Asatryan, 19, also reportedly shot and killed himself in another military unit in the unrecognized republic.<\/p>\n<p>Note, in the last year or so there have been several high-profile incidents of non-combat deaths in Armenia\u2019s Armed Forces, some of which initially were deemed to be suicides.
