For instance, because of large billboards on Mashtots Ave., the Mashtots Institute of Ancient Manuscripts (the Matenadaran) can&#8217;t be seen.<\/p>\n<p>The daily reports that advertising agencies were given till 10 pm yesterday to voluntarily remove the billboards.
