According to the Azerbaijan-based news source, Paul reportedly said since the OSCE Minsk Group&#8217;s efforts have not yet led to any results, Azerbaijan has the right to choose a military solution to the conflict.<\/p>\n<p>Paul, however, refuted the statements:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I would never make such a blunt statement along these lines.\u00a0I have said that Azerbaijan is dedicated to resolving the conflict by peaceful means, hence its continuing presence at the table.\u00a0I guess the translator has misunderstood what I have said.\u00a0Furthermore, I was actually\u00a0never asked about Azerbaijan&#8217;s intention to solve this conflict militarily,&#8221; she wrote in an email.<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;I would never make such a blunt statement along these lines.
