According to local daily Joghovurd (“People” or “Nation”), there will be 12 replacements in positions held by the ruling elite in the near future.<\/p>\n
The newspaper reports that RA Police Chief Alik Sargsyan<\/a> was made redundant yesterday, and that he will be replaced by RA Deputy Minister of Defense Vladimir Gasparyan<\/a>. It’s not clear who will then replace Gasparyan; however, the possibility of that position no longer existing is not ruled out.<\/p>\n Joghovurd continues: Chief of General Staff of the RA Armed Forces Yuri Khachaturov<\/a> will be replaced by RA Deputy Minister of Defense Alik Mirzabekyan<\/a>.
