We assume responsibility, in the first place, before our public. I believe that all political entities with our public will be ready so that the 2012 parliamentary elections qualitatively be a new stage,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>To a reporter&#8217;s statement that rumors say that parliamentary speaker Hovik Abrahamyan&#8217;s resignation is not connected to managing the HHK&#8217;s election campaign headquarters, and that he might not assume this position, Sharmazanov said:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The closer we get to elections, the more there might be many theoretical sensational views in the media.
