{"id":143960,"date":"2011-11-24T12:41:05","date_gmt":"2011-11-24T08:41:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.epress.am\/?p=143960"},"modified":"2011-11-24T12:41:05","modified_gmt":"2011-11-24T08:41:05","slug":"armenian-employees-of-bmw-dealer-in-us-charged-in-joyride","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/epress.am\/en\/2011\/11\/24\/armenian-employees-of-bmw-dealer-in-us-charged-in-joyride.html","title":{"rendered":"Armenian Employees of BMW Dealer in US Charged in Joyride"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Prosecutors filed misdemeanor charges Wednesday against two former Pacific BMW workers who allegedly took a high-powered sports car on the lot for a joyride, the <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.glendalenewspress.com\/news\/tn-818-1123-former-employees-of-bmw-dealer-charged-in-alleged-joyride,0,2798422.story\"><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Glendale News-Press<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/span> reports.<\/p>\n<p>A video of one of them gunning the vehicle down a residential street in Glendale was later posted on YouTube.<\/p>\n<p>Vacheh Margoussian, 21, and Artin Yazidjian, 22, face misdemeanor charges for taking the car from the dealership, according to a complaint filed Wednesday by the Los Angeles County district attorney\u2019s office.<\/p>\n<p>Margoussian was also slapped with a misdemeanor reckless driving charge.<\/p>\n<p>As a passenger, Yazidjian videotaped Margoussian driving at a high rate of speed down East Windsor Road, according to the complaint.<\/p>\n<p>Glendale police detectives determined that the incident occurred on Aug. 12, and that the video was posted on YouTube the next day, said Sgt.
