The state leader also announced the building of a new seaport.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We decided to base a new city between Anaklia and Kulevi and call it Lazika. After 10 years, there will be at least half a million people living in this city. It will become the country&#8217;s second largest city after Tbilisi.
