As reported by NewCaucasus.com, Samtskhe-Javakheti Consumers Union chairperson Armen Darbinian will talk about the positive aspects and outcomes of the process of civil and socioeconomic integration of the region.<\/p>\n<p>Javakheti Association of Economists chairperson Armen Farmanian will issue a report that will outline the shortcomings and disadvantages of such a process.
