On Dec. 9, temperatures are expected to reach a low of -8\u00baC with a high of -6\u00baC at night; +4\u00baC to +6\u00baC during the day; and 0\u00baC to +2\u00baC in the evening.<\/p>\n<p>Snow is expected to fall on Dec. 10 overnight in the northern regions and in the afternoon in all regions of the country. Temperatures are expected to drop during the day with a possible chance of fog.
