The brief statement was published in a 2012 calendar distributed to all staff, several defense ministry employees informed Epress.am.<\/p>\n<p>Employees must be able to memorize then write down the full statement, while a specially created committee checks the work and makes sure no one&#8217;s cheating during the &#8220;exam&#8221;.
