Currently, the airline is in talks with Zvartnots International Airport regarding tariffs. In a statement issued by Armavia today, the company expects that Zvartnots will offer the airline, as it is considered the national air carrier, discounted rates.<\/p>\n<p>In an earlier statement, however, Zvartnots stated that Armavia, being a national carrier, unlike other airlines, already enjoys special rates provided by Armenia International Airports (which owns Zvartnots).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Moreover, according to a telegram from RosNavigatsiya, due to accumulated debts, Armavia arilines is prohibited from flying to Russia and entering Russian airspace,&#8221; the Zvartnots statement read.<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The flights cancelled by Armenian national air carrier Armavia this morning have resumed.
