\n\tArmenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree appointing Armen Sargsyan to the position of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (residence in London).<\/font>\n<\/div>\n

\n\tThe RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs press office informed Epress.am that the news refers to Armen Sargsyan, who was the prime minister of Armenia from 1996-97, preceded by Hrant Bagratyan and succeeded by Robert Kocharian. From 1998-2000, Armen Sargsyan was the Armenian Ambassador to the UK but later moved to the business sector.<\/font>\n<\/div>\n

\n\tSargsyan leads the Yerevan, My Love Foundation, which the Armenian government at its Sept. 19 meeting donated land located at 11 Kozern Street valued at 115,624 AMD.<\/font>\n<\/div>\n

\n\tIn May, the Yerevan, My Love Foundation facilitated the visit of the Prince of Wales, Charles, to Armenia. According to media reports, the Armenian businessmen at the banquet dinner held in the prince's honor at the Armenian presidential palace were obliged to raise $15,000-35,000 for the foundation.<\/font>\n<\/div>\n
