In parliament today, out of 130 MPs, 108 voted \u2014 103 for, 3 against, and 2 votes were disqualified.<\/p>\n<p>Note, prior to the secret ballot, the Armenian National Congress (7 members) and Heritage Party (5 members) factions had announced that they would vote against Kostanyan&#8217;s nomination, and the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (Dashnaktsutyun, or ARF-D) had said its members could vote as they wish.
