Asked whether Petrosyan&#39;s dismissal is connected to a demonstration that occurred on Halloween, whereby four activitists placed a pumpkin outside the president&#39;s residence, the spokesperson replied in the negative. According to him, the deputy chief&#39;s dismissal is tied to &quot;the lack of efficiency in his work&quot;.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tPetrosyan distinguished himself during protests at Komitas 5 with his aggressive demeanour and use of force. During one such protest, he hurled a curse of a sexual nature at one of the residents, a young girl, whose grandfather demanded honor from the officer and spit on him.
