The ruling Republican Party of Armenia (HHK), Rule of Law (OEK), Prosperous Armenia party (BHK), and the Armenian National Congress (HAK) all stated that they won&#39;t be participating in the vote.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tIndependent MP Khachatur Kokobelyan also made the same statement. Voting in favor were the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (Dashnaktsutyun, or ARF-D), Hrant Bagratyan, Nikol Pashinyan, and Heritage Party MPs.
