However, RA Ministry of Defense Investigative Service Senior Officer Mery Sargsyan, in conversation with Epress.am, said that no criminal charge has been decided yet and an investigation is under way.&nbsp;<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe defense ministry had reported earlier that the body was found at around 6:10 pm on Dec. 10 in the territory of &nbsp;R N military base. Hovakimyan had a gunshot wound in the lower part of his jaw.
