Who is Most Absent?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n\t<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">In the fifth convocation of Armenia&#39;s National Assembly (operating since May 31, 2012), head of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) parliamentary faction Galust Sahakyan was the MP who voted most in favor of bills &mdash; 288 times. Voting one less than Sahakyan (that is, 287 times) in favor of bills were three other HHK MPs &mdash; Razmik Zohrabyan, Mkrtich Minasyan, and Aleksan Petrosyan. These are the figures according to parliamentmonitoring.am.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe top 10 MPs voting &quot;for&quot; the most are all members of the ruling party.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tVoting &quot;against&quot; most often is Armenian National Congress (HAK) MP Nikol Pashinyan &mdash; 126 times. He is followed by Heritage Party MPs Alexander Arzoumanian (76 times &quot;against&quot;) and Rubik Hakobyan (73 times).\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe &quot;record-holder&quot; for the most abstentions is Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF-D or Dashnaktsutyun) MP Artsvik Minasyan (138 times). Second and third places were fellow party members Armen Rustamyan (109 abstentions) and Armen Babayan (108 abstentions).&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tArtsvik Minasyan is also the leader in the number of speeches: he made 38 speeches in parliament.
