Since ahead of the vote, Heritage Party MP Zaruhi Postanjyan removed the voting cards of Republican Party of Armenia members, MPs voted with their hands.&nbsp;<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe counting commission deemed the law passed with 77 votes in favor. Opposition lawmakers walked out after a dispute with Republican Party of Armenia MPs, but since the microphones were turned off, journalists were unable to hear the MPs&#39; remarks.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tOutside, MPs Nikol Pashinyan, Aram Manukyan, Zaruhi Postanjyan, and Naira Zohrabyan said the vote cannot be considered legitimate as the counting commission did not have quorum: there were only 3 members present though the commission is comprised of 7 people.
