\n\tPolice are investigating the incident<\/strong><\/span><\/a> that occurred at the Armenian State University of Economics on Thursday, said spokesperson for the Armenian police Armen Malkhasyan. In the meantime, Epress.am decided to conduct its own investigation and was able to identify the young men who harassed and insulted journalists. Recall, a group of young men prevented journalists from attending Yerevan mayor Taron Margaryan's supposedly public defense of his doctoral thesis. <\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tMany of those who interfered with the professional activities of journalists are members of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (HHK), headed by Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan (the young men are seen in the photo above with Sargsyan and all sport HHK lapel pins). One of these young men who cursed at journalists and prohibited them from entering the auditorium is Grish Amirkhanyan (pictured below). According to his Facebook profile, he works at the National Assembly, as well as at the student union of the Armenian State University of Economics.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tInstead of answering reporters' questions, Khachatryan directed his remarks to the nearby police officers, saying, "Dear police officers, don't allow anyone in the university without the rector's permission." Journalists continued to ask who is this person who is giving out orders to state agency representatives. \n<\/p>\n

\n\tIn Khachatryan's public photos on Facebook, we found another "student" who attacked journalists on Thursday. He is registered on Facebook as Sergo Kharatyan (pictured below). During the heated incident at the university, when a journalist appealed to the police to intervene and not permit these boys to push her, Sergo Kharatyan had said, "Who could push you?"\n<\/p>\n

\n\tAnother young man, who spewed expletives of a sexual nature against journalists, is listed on Facebook as Sargis Muradyan (pictured below). \n<\/p>\n
