This news was conveyed to Epress.am by Papikyan&#39;s representative, Helsinki Association for Human Rights attorney Gayane Khachatryan.&nbsp;<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe attorney stressed that after Epress.am published the article &quot;Prisoner Sews Mouth Because of Extortion&quot; (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.epress.am\/2014\/02\/15\/248927.html\"><span style=\"color:#0000CD;\"><strong>AM<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.epress.am\/ru\/2014\/02\/15\/%D0%B0%D1%80%D0%B5%D1%81%D1%82%D0%B0%D0%BD%D1%82-%D0%B0%D1%80%D0%BC%D1%8F%D0%BD%D1%81%D0%BA%D0%BE%D0%B9-%D1%82%D1%8E%D1%80%D1%8C%D0%BC%D1%8B-%D0%B7%D0%B0%D1%88%D0%B8%D0%BB-%D1%81%D0%B5%D0%B1%D0%B5.html\"><span style=\"color:#0000CD;\"><strong>RU<\/strong><\/span><\/a>), the Armenian Ombudsman&#39;s office contacted Goris Penitentiary to discuss the matter. After the call, the chief of Goris Penitentiary, in turn, spoke with Papikyan, who heeded his call and ended his hunger strike. The prison chief promised that the complaint against Papikyan won&#39;t be considered. &nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe attorney said that both the Ombudsman&#39;s and journalists&#39; as well as her own calls played a role.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tEarlier, Khachatryan had described the reasons for her client&#39;s hunger strike. &quot;Papikyan was enraged over an unjustified complaint by some woman that allegedly Artur took money from her, after which the deputy chief of Goris Penitentiary, in order not to consider the complaint, asked for money from Papikyan. Since he refused to give money, they began to bother him in various ways, for example, constantly searching his room.
