The Compatriots program offers Armenians work and citizenship in Russia, but selected as place of residence are only the outlying settlements of the Russian Federation.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&quot;It&#39;s noteworthy that the draft agreement is unilateral and the problem is viewed from Russia&#39;s perspective. Used regularly here is the word &#39;immigration&#39;.
