Garni Surki Lavash has yet to pay Gazprom Armenia for the December gas bill.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&quot;We&#39;re finding it difficult to pay. I&#39;d never had such problems. If we continue this way, the plant will no longer be able to operate. We&#39;ve been working at a loss for a few months now. On the other hand are the loans.
