Local civic initiative &quot;We are the owners of this city&quot; in an open letter to the mayor that was sent to news media notes that in some public transport vehicles there are Russian state symbols &mdash; in particular, the flag. In some cases, these are placed alongside the Republic of Armenia flag; in other cases, on their own (for example, in bus numbers 26 and 53).
