Recall, the bill will permit the advertising of beverages containing more than 20% alcohol content on television between 10 pm and 6 am.&nbsp;<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tSixty-six MPs voted in favor of the bill, 1 voted against, and 2 abstained. Ahead of the vote, Armenian Revolutionary Federation (Dashnaktsutyun) MP Artsvik Minasyan said that the four non-ruling parties (Heritage Party, Armenian National Congress, Prosperous Armenia Party, and the Armenian Revolutionary Federation) would not participate in the vote.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe bill had become the subject of heated debate in parliament yesterday.
