She has requested that the cash reward be given to meeting the needs of Armenian orphans.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tAccording to Ukrainian news provider <a href=\"http:\/\/comments.ua\/life\/458473-sozdateli-filma-paradzhanov-boykotiruyut.html?fb_action_ids=10153896701935324&amp;fb_action_types=og.likes&amp;fb_source=other_multiline&amp;action_object_map=[225815344275316]&amp;action_type_map=[%22og.likes%22]&amp;action_ref_map=[]\"><span style=\"color:#0000CD;\"><strong>Comments<\/strong><\/span><\/a> [RU], Fetisova is boycotting the awards ceremony because of Armenia&#39;s recognition of the referendum in Crimea. Recall, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.epress.am\/en\/2014\/03\/20\/armenia-russia-presidents-discuss-ukraine.html\"><span style=\"color:#0000CD;\"><strong>quoted by his press office<\/strong><\/span><\/a> as telling Russian President Vladimir Putin that the vote was another example of the realization of peoples&rsquo; right to self-determination via expression of free will.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&quot;I, however, as a citizen of Ukraine, believe that it was a violation of international law and European values, and threatens peace in the world, as well as tranquility of the citizens of Ukraine and all mankind.
