This news was conveyed to Epress.am by Khudoyan&#39;s wife, Heghine Makaryan. Recall, on March 15, Khudoyan received a letter that stated the investigator refused to initiate criminal proceedings.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tKhudoyan claims that his sister, Marietta Kalashyan, forged his grandfather&#39;s will and now wants to take his home. Khudoyan, in turn, wants the authorities to launch a criminal investigation and determine whether the will was forged or not.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&quot;We are waiting until they will annul the decision to initiate criminal proceedings or not. They will decide; then, if we didn&#39;t see any results, from Monday we will take the sit-in to the general prosecutor&#39;s office. The general prosecutor within 7 days will respond whether it accepts or rejects our complaint,&quot; said Makaryan.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tKhudoyan, in turn, announced his intention to go on a hunger strike.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe couple mentioned that on March 22, they will celebrate their son&#39;s first birthday &mdash; under very unusual circumstances.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&quot;Let the president see what their officials can lead people to do who will celebrate the birthday of a future soldier on the street outside the president&#39;s resident,&quot; concluded Makaryan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;We are waiting until they will annul the decision to initiate criminal proceedings or not.
