The Constitutional Court ruled that there are unconstitutional points within the law, which have to be resolved by state bodies, said Constitutional Court member Felix Tokhyan on Shant TV yesterday evening.&nbsp;<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tTokhyan stressed that the current law will be in effect until Sept. 30 in its current form and citizens have to continue to make mandatory pension payments.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tRecall, the Constitutional Court <a href=\"http:\/\/www.epress.am\/en\/2014\/04\/02\/armenian-constitutional-court-struck-down-law-on-mandatory-pension.html\"><span style=\"color:#0000CD;\"><strong>yesterday<\/strong><\/span><\/a> recognized several provisions of the unpopular law, including the mandatory component, as unconstitutional. &nbsp;In its ruling, the Court noted:\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&quot;With this decision, September 30, 2014, has been set as the deadline by which the legal instruments recognized as contradicting the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia will lose their effect, giving an opportunity to the Government of Armenia and the RA National Assembly, within their jurisdiction, to have the legal language of the law on mandatory pension comply with the requirements of this decision.
