{"id":251662,"date":"2014-04-03T19:47:21","date_gmt":"2014-04-03T15:47:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.epress.am\/?p=251662"},"modified":"2014-04-03T19:48:08","modified_gmt":"2014-04-03T15:48:08","slug":"pension-law-in-effect-prime-minister-once-again-invites-civil-society-for-dialogue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/epress.am\/en\/2014\/04\/03\/pension-law-in-effect-prime-minister-once-again-invites-civil-society-for-dialogue.html","title":{"rendered":"Pension Law in Effect: Prime Minister Once Again Invites Civil Society for Dialogue"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\n\t<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">Prior to tackling the main agenda at the government meeting today, RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, referring to yesterday&#39;s Constitutional Court ruling that considered some provisions of the law on funded pension to be unconstitutional, <a href=\"http:\/\/gov.am\/am\/news\/item\/11202\/\"><span style=\"color:#0000CD;\"><strong>said<\/strong><\/span><\/a> [AM] a working group would be created today.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&quot;This means that we along with you, with all the stakeholders together will present a legislative package that which take into consideration all those norms that are stated in the Constitutional Court decision.
