He provided an audio recording that, according to him, proves his claim.&nbsp;<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tOn March 24, at around 1 pm, Gasparyan says that he drove his friend to the Ministry of Justice&#39;s division on alternative sentencing.
