However, as reported by local daily <em>Zhoghovurd<\/em>, citing its sources, the party has already agreed to join the ruling coalition &mdash; getting two ministerial portfolios in return. According to the newspaper, its candidates are Levon Mkrtchyan and Artsvik Minasyan.&nbsp;<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t&quot;However, there is disagreement in this regard among the ranks of the ARF-D, as some of the Dashnaks want to see Davit Lokyan in the ministerial seat.
