This was reported to Epress.am by Kungortsev&#39;s mother, Anahit Harutyunyan, who said she received news that her son&#39;s health condition is not good.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tKungortsev is protesting for what he claims is an unlawful detention. He claims that he has nothing to do with the murder of 15-year-old David Hovakimyan.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tOn April 7, the Lori District Court of First Instance <a href=\"http:\/\/www.epress.am\/en\/2014\/04\/08\/judge-is-biased-claims-lawyer-defending-young-murder-suspect.html\"><span style=\"color:#0000CD;\"><strong>once again extended<\/strong><\/span><\/a> Kungortsev&#39;s detention term, which, according to his attorney, was without grounds.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tKungortsev says he is innocent, while human rights defenders and his attorney point to violations during the preliminary investigation.&nbsp;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tWhile behind bars, the accused has <a href=\"http:\/\/www.epress.am\/en\/2013\/10\/30\/murder-accused-removed-stitches-on-his-mouth-after-attorney%E2%80%99s-appeal.html\"><span style=\"color:#0000CD;\"><strong>resorted to self harm<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, as well as beginning a hunger strike.
